Potassium — 390mg

The most important electrolyte for soccer players and the one most drinks underdeliver on. Potassium is responsible for muscle contraction, nerve signaling, and cramp prevention. When you're running 6 to 8 miles a match across sprints, holds, and technical sequences, your potassium levels drop fast. We built the formula around this ingredient first.

Sodium — 250mg

Sodium is what your body loses through sweat and needs replaced to maintain fluid balance. Too little and you dehydrate faster. Too much and you bloat. 250mg hits the sweet spot for a full 90 minutes of play without excess.

Magnesium — 100mg

Magnesium supports muscle recovery, reduces soreness, and helps your body reset between efforts. It's especially critical on tournament weekends when you're playing multiple games in 48 hours. Most electrolyte drinks skip magnesium entirely. We didn't.

Sugar — 0g

None. Not a little. Zero. We removed sugar completely because a sugar spike in the first half means a crash in the second. Your energy should be consistent from kickoff to final whistle, not dependent on a sugar cycle working in your favor.
